On the higher difficulties you need all the damage you can get, especially on the RG with this build. It isnt that difficult if you play smartly. Use Teleport with Safe Passage if you need more defensive options or plan on taking Glas Cannon. If you are just rompastomping regular rifts it is totally fine, but if you plan on being successful in greater Rifts, you have to keep it. However, you will lose a lot of survivability and movement speed and by "a lot" I mean "bye bye GRift 30".
